Criminal case opened in relation with corruption case in Metsamor NPP 

National Security Service of Republic of Armenia revealed corruption cases in the country and opened 10 criminal cases in relation to these facts. One of the criminal cases is related to Metsamor Nuclear Power Plant of Armenia, AzVision.az reports citing the Armenian media. 

It was revealed that several people who has relations with officials of the Metsamor NPP prepared formal documents of the security systems of the power plant and sold them by raising their cost to 33 million drams (nearly $ 68 thousand) from 7 million drams (nearly $15 thousand ). 

Hence, executive management of the Metsamor NPP damaged the state budget in the amount of 25 million drams by agreeing previously with sellers. Criminal case has been opened on this issues in Armenia and the investigation continues.
